You don't need to be home the whole time — but we do need access to a water spigot and an electrical outlet at your property. Just let us know where those are and we'll handle the rest.
Just a water spigot and an electrical outlet — we bring everything else. Our own hoses, extension cords, professional equipment, and cleaning products. You don't need to supply anything.
It depends on the service. An exterior detail takes about 45 minutes. An interior detail runs about 1.5 hours. A full interior & exterior is around 2 hours. Add-ons like carpet extraction or pet hair removal add 30 minutes each.
Matthew will call or text you 2–3 hours before your appointment if the weather looks questionable. Light rain is usually fine for interior-only work. Heavy rain may require rescheduling — we'll always find the next available slot that works for you.
We accept cash, Venmo, and check. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you're happy with the results.
